Project Consultation & Estimate

If you're ready to transform your home, this invaluable service is for you! The Design & Build consultation is scheduled with SHD's interior designer AND general contractor, which allows us to effectively assess the project during our visit. We'll talk about your hopes and dreams for your space and offer our professional suggestions and advice.

After the consultation, a brief summary and an initial estimate will be prepared for you. If you choose to hire SHD's design-build team to complete your project, the consultation & estimate fee will be applied to your project deposit.​​​
*Estimates are based on what is discussed during the consultation and are valid for 30 days. A final proposal is submitted once SHD has been hired and a final design has been approved.

Design Consultation
Starting at $299
The perfect way to take the first step forward when you're not sure where to start! We’ll tour your home and cover all questions, concerns and ideas that you have about your project. You’ll receive advice, design ideas and recommendations that will help customize your home.
​After the consultation, you will be provided with a brief summary of our meeting, including my recommendations and suggestions, links to helpful resources and reference photos, as well as a proposal for my full design package. Whether you start your project after a few weeks or a couple of years, the summary is a great guide to use when you are finally ready to begin your project!
Interior Design Package
Following the design consultation, clients have the option to proceed with our comprehensive Design Package... Let SHD design your space!
For busy families or individuals with limited time, a home renovation or remodel doesn't have to be overwhelming. Once you accept the proposal for the full design package, I'll revisit your home for a detailed walkthrough, take measurements and address any additional questions or concerns. We'll also have an in-depth meeting to narrow down your style, lifestyle functionality, and design choices, including finishes and color palettes while ensuring we focus on your exact needs.
